- Airline ticket taxes/Rate are payable additional If any change in airline policy. Prices quoted are based
on the rate of exchange of 1 USD=INR 52/-
- The foreign exchange component will be payable as per the respective day's prevailing rate of exchange
- The tour price is subject to increase without any notice if the rate of exchange substantially changes prior to
departure.
- Passengers will have to travel to/from the hub city at their own expense.
- The tour will operate on 15 full passengers traveling with tour.
- The cost of airfare is based on the fare structure existing as on 05 February 2009. Any further increase in the air
fare due to an increase in the fuel price, change in Government regulations, taxes, etc., charged by the airline will
have to be borne by the passengers. We will not be held responsible for the same.
- Any damages caused to the hotel rooms/coach during your stay, shall be payable by the passengers.
We will not be liable for the same.
- The Company shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss, injury, accident, death, delay,
breakdown or irregularity which may occur in carrying out of the tour arrangement.
- Management reserves the right to claim any additional expenses due to delay or changes in train, plane, bus, ship
or other services, weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine and any other cause whatsoever and all such loss or
expenses must be borne by the passengers.
- We reserve the right to amend, alter, vary or withdraw any particular departure, excursion advertised or substitute
a hotel of similar class if deemed advisable or necessary.
- For the convenience of our passengers, we will sometimes amend the itinerary, however all the other services will
remain the same.
- Standard check in time for the hotels is 1400 hrs and check out is 1200 hrs.
- Tours operated are subject to RBI/GOI regulations. Part of the tour price will be paid in USD out of your BTQ.
- The foreign exchange component will be payable as per the respective day’s prevailing rate of exchange

- Rs 2,500/- the cost of deviation, in case you want to deviate from the group departure dates mentioned in the
brochure.
- The tour price does not include POE charges and passport charges.
- Cost of Basic Travel Quota equivalent to USD 10,000.
- Any increase in the rate of exchange leading to increase in surface transportation and land arrangements which
may come into effect prior to departure.
- The tour price is subject to increase without notice if this rate of exchange changes substantially prior to
departure.
- Any expenses of personal nature such as laundry, wines, mineral water, food and drink not in the regular menus
provided by us.
- Personal tips to hotel waiters, drivers, etc.
- Meals are pre-set and a choice of menu is not available.
- Cost of excursions, city sightseeing, entrance fees and local guides availed of by the passenger other than those
included in the ‘What your Tour Price Includes’ box are to be paid for extra.
- We are travel and holiday organizers only. We do not control or operate any airline, neither do we own or control
any shipping company, transport company, hotel, transport or any other facility or service mentioned in the
brochure.
- There would be NO REFUND for the services unutilized.
- We shall welcome all the complaints from your end in written within 7 days of completion of your tour,
any complains received after that shall not be entertained. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction
of KALYAN COURT ONLY.
